Service Description
Paint a Pup provides custom watercolor pet portrait services. All portraits are created by skilled artists using premium materials. We offer various sizes and framing options to suit your needs.
Order Process
To place an order, you must:
- Provide accurate contact and payment information
- Upload a high-quality photo of your pet
- Select your preferred size and any additional options
- Complete payment at the time of order
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of order. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
Delivery and Shipping
Standard delivery time is 7-14 business days from order confirmation. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by location.
Quality Guarantee
We guarantee the quality of our work. If you’re not satisfied with your portrait, we’ll work with you to make it right or provide a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of photos you upload to us. We retain the right to display completed portraits in our gallery and marketing materials unless you specifically opt out during the ordering process.
Limitation of Liability
Paint a Pup’s liability is limited to the amount paid for your portrait. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
