At Paint A Pup, every portrait we create is a one-of-a-kind, hand-crafted watercolor illustration designed to celebrate your beloved pet. Because each piece is custom-made specifically for you, we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns except in the rare event of a product defect or damage incurred during shipping.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the personalized nature of our artwork, all orders are final once submitted. This includes:
- Change of mind after placing an order
- Dissatisfaction with the selected photo or pose
- Artistic interpretation or style preferences
- Mistakes resulting from customer-submitted information or images
We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review their order details and photo submissions before checkout. If you are unsure whether your photo is suitable, feel free to reach out to us before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Products
While we take great care in the creation, packaging, and shipping of your custom portrait, we understand that issues can occasionally arise. If your product arrives damaged or contains a printing or manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
To initiate a claim, email customercare@paintapup.com with:
- Your order number
- A detailed description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the defect or damage
- A photo of the packaging (if damaged in transit)
Once we verify the issue, we’ll provide a replacement at no additional cost. Please note that we do not offer refunds in these cases—only a corrected replacement of the original order.
